Funding and grants are available to help pay for any safety or accessibility changes in your home.  Follow the links below to aquire more information and forms to fill out.

March of Dimes has grants for home accessibility renovations. (Up to $15,000 lifetime maximum) http://www.marchofdimes.ca/EN/programs/hvmp/Pages/HomeandVehicle.aspx

CMHC (Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation) has two funding programs.  One is for seniors or any person living with disabilities. The other is for landlords who want to make their living areas more accessible. (Up to $16,000 forgivable loan)

The Ontario Ministry of Finance offers a Healthy Homes Renovation Tax Credit. (Income tax credit up to $1500 each year (15% of up to $10,000).
